The holiday shopping season kicks off this weekend, but some shoppers like to get started as soon as possible, which could mean Thanksgiving Day.
Restaurants in malls, and some select stores, may be closed or have different holiday hours Thursday. Customers are encouraged to call individual stores to confirm their hours.
These are the malls in Indiana that will be closed on Thanksgiving and when they will be open on Black Friday.
No; Castleton Square Mall located at 6020 E 82nd St Indianapolis, IN 46250 is closed on Thanksgiving.
The mall is open 6 a.m. — 9 p.m. on Black Friday.
At the time of publication, Circle Centre Mall, located at 49 W Maryland St, Indianapolis, IN 46204, had not responded to IndyStar’s inquiry into their holiday hours.
Only the regular mall hours are listed on their website, which is 11 a.m. — 7 p.m. on both Thursday and Friday.
Most of the shops at Clay Terrace, located at 14390 Clay Terrace Blvd, Carmel, IN 46032, are not open on Thanksgiving with the exceptions of these stores which have holiday hours:
- Whole Foods
- Kona Grill
- Prime47 of Carmel
The mall will be open from 8 a.m. — 10 p.m. on Black Friday.
