Known to locals for their affordable offerings, the store has specific sections with clothes priced at $1 and 50% their marked price. For students looking to make some extra cash, ATC allows shoppers to sell their clothes to the store; you can receive 50% store credit or 30% cash for the clothing the store decides to buy.
